By accessing the mana4d website at mana4d.app, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any mana4d service (including but not limited to casino games, sportsbook, lottery 4D, and promotional offers), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the mana4d Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) mana4d account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or contact numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mana4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit balances therein without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name as shown on your MyKad or passport, a valid email address, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and your date of birth. You agree to notify mana4d promptly of any changes to your registered information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. mana4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to mana4d support immediately.
Your mana4d account is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to any other person. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to play on your account, is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
mana4d is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing requirements. You agree to provide, upon request, documentary evidence of your identity and address, including without limitation a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits.
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. mana4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing and to conduct enhanced due diligence at any time, including where transaction patterns give rise to suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
mana4d accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, FPX bank transfers (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit is RM20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the deposit page within the platform.
Deposits made via eWallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost) and FPX are credited to your mana4d wallet typically within sixty (60) seconds. Card deposits may take slightly longer. mana4d does not guarantee processing times as these are partially dependent on third-party payment processors and financial institutions.
Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name matching your registered account details. mana4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time is fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes for verified accounts, subject to volume and banking system availability.
mana4d may, at its discretion, require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent or largest deposit, as part of its anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.
All account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mana4d does not operate multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is performed by the platform.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible mana4d members subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. General eligibility requires a fully registered, verified account in good standing. mana4d reserves the right to exclude any member from a promotion at its discretion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
mana4d actively monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting strategies designed to complete wagering with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinated play. Where bonus abuse is identified, mana4d reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.
mana4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring committed obligations to members who have already opted in under the original terms.
All games available on mana4d are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of game-related matters.
mana4d's third-party game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, and others) use certified random number generators or live dealer mechanics. Game outcomes are determined independently and are not subject to manipulation by mana4d or the player. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical averages across large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, mana4d's decision regarding the handling of affected bets shall be final. mana4d will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct game outcome but shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mana4d platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds:
mana4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account is being used in violation of these terms; the account holder is not eligible to use the platform; suspicious financial or gameplay activity has been detected; or any applicable legal or regulatory requirement necessitates such action.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting mana4d's customer support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to clearance of pending bets and compliance with withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. mana4d reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances and, after reasonable notice attempts, to close dormant accounts and transfer residual balances to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit mana4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data in connection with your use of mana4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By using mana4d, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the regulations of the licensing jurisdiction under which mana4d operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through mana4d's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies of the applicable jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact mana4d's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. mana4d will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and will endeavour to reach a resolution within thirty (30) days of acknowledgement.
mana4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mana4d will provide reasonable notice via the platform or via the email address registered to your account. Continued use of the mana4d platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
